Recently East Coast Laundry Systems was presented with a Certificate of Recognition from the Municipality of East Hants and the East Hants Fire Service Association for our support of Volunteer Firefighting.
As an employer, East Coast allows members of its staff to leave work should an emergency call necessitate so that they can respond to that emergency in their community. East Coast Laundry is proud that we currently have two staff members that are Volunteer Firefighters. Shown here is Peter Blunden, President of East Coast accepting the certificate along with one of our staff, Kory Orchard, who is a volunteer with the Lantz Volunteer Fire Department located in East Hants.
